Immersive Pattern
Project type
Fashion Event
Date
May 2022
Location
Kent State University Fashion School
Immersive Pattern was an event I co-created alongside one of my closest professors and a fellow Fashion Design peer. Together, we collaborated with two students and a professor from the Interior Design program at Kent State University to bring this vision to life. Our team transformed the open gathering space in Rockwell Hall into a fully immersive experience centered around the concept of pattern.
For my contribution, I hand-constructed two garments and designed a small origami clutch purse to complement the overall aesthetic. These pieces were thoughtfully crafted to align with the spatial transformation of the Fashion School’s hall, creating a cohesive fusion of fashion and interior design.
